Who are the Intel® Education Visionaries?

Intel Education is honored to announce the Intel® Education Visionaries program, an elite group of approximately 40 education leaders from around the world who are at the forefront of classroom transformation.

They are dreamers with follow-through, pragmatic optimists, and above all, passionate educators who keep student learning at the center of the technology equation. These visionaries will inspire and share best practices with educators, administrators and parents worldwide and help Intel design the future of education technology.

How are Visionaries Selected?

Visionaries are chosen for their insight, passion and proven experience as agents of change – and becoming a Visionary opens up a world of opportunity. This is the community that shapes the future of learning, working with Intel in education to transform learning and teaching and inspiring educators everywhere.

In early 2016 we will open an application process for new Visionaries to request membership in the community.

What are the Visionaries doing in 2015?

 On October 11th-15th, Intel Education will be hosting an immersive and collaborative professional learning event at Intel’s headquarters in Santa Clara, California. Visionaries will be traveling in from all over the world to:

  • Share ideas with other Visionaries from around the world
  • See new technologies and solutions from ed tech startups
  • Learn more about Intel in Education
  • Get hands-on with some exciting STEAM (STEM + Art) activities
  • Take home new global ideas and connections for your district, school, and /or classroom
