Problem: Slow slew rate is observed on the transceiver TX PMA on the
	 10G Base R PHY IP Megacore. Jittery transmitter PMA output at
	 10.3125Gbps will be observed. This will cause high data error and
	 cause link down on the 10G Base R PHY link.

Solution: This patch provides a solution to ensure the correct slew
	  rate setting for the transmitter PMA on the 10G Base R PHY IP. The
	  transmitter PMA slew rate setting is set to off.

All Stratix IV GT devices

Affected variant:
10G Base R PHY IP for ACDS 11.0 and ACDS11.0sp1



Caution - You must either have previously installed the 
          Quartus II 11.0 SP1 software or must 
          install the Quartus II 11.0 SP1 software 
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will 
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II 
          software will not run properly.
