This patch provides support to enable & disable on-chip clamp 
diode. On-chip clamp diode is available at Column I/O pins for 
3.0V-PCI/PCI-X & 3.3V/3.0V-LVTTL/LVCMOS I/O standards only.

This patch applies to Stratix III, Stratix IV, HardCopy III, 
HardCopy IV, and Arria II device families.


Note:  This patch needs the following INI variable(s) to be able to work:

       asmio_use_pci_diode_assignment = on

       Please put the INI variable statement(s) in quartus.ini, and
       put quartus.ini into your project directory.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the Quartus II 
          software version 9.1 SP2 or must install the Quartus II 
          software version 9.1 SP2 before installing this patch. 
          Otherwise, the patch will not be installed correctly and 
          the Quartus II software will not run properly.
